It’s time for the weekly weed report!  I am experiencing technical difficulties with the newsletter program so please forgive the tardiness.

The sun is shining, there’s no rain in the forecast.  Here’s to staying HIGH and DRY.

I went to what weed show in Seattle on Wednesday (more factors into the late newsletter) and explored *many* new products and vendors.  Since we are getting close to three years of operation (!!!) we’ve been able to thoughtfully sample and discard so many growers and products, keeping only the ones with the best practices, greatest value and most dependable quality.  I wasn’t looking for anything in particular at the show but found a few companies who are righteous and will fit in at Sea Change.  We hope to start seeing these new vendors in a couple weeks.

In neighborhood news…  the espresso machine has been installed!  One step closer to daily espresso service at the Disco Bay Detour.  Since opening up to all ages the Detour has been quite a gathering place, I stopped by last night to find several people grilling steaks and eating like kings.  This weekend brings The Rain City Ramblers and international recording artist Simon Lynge plays 2 shows Saturday night.  Lynge was on KPTZ with Greg at noon today, perhaps you can find an archived clip.
