It’s time for the weed report!

I missed a week because I was so sick, and we only received a couple orders in the meantime so there wasn’t much to report anyway.  Hope that you avoid this cough that struck me down so violently and persists after more than a week.

The big things this week are the cider press at the Detour and Sub X coming soon!


This week at the Disco Bay Detour:

Open daily at 7am for COFFEE & NEWS

Thursdays are the Acoustic Open Mic Jam, bring your songs and instruments from 7-10pm

Friday 9/28 – Lost in the Shuffle – Detour regulars Ralph Baker and Gerry Sherman perform the spectrum of blues with great guitars and harmonicas.  Free show, 7-8:30pm

Friday 9/28 – Rotten Apple Ruckus – “A tumultuous smattering of banjo, steel guitar, trumpet, banjolele will toss your toes into a boogie and a frolic. Get your jug, skiffle, blues, spasm, and ragtime pants on!”
Immediately following Lost In The Shuffle.  Free show, 8:30-10pm

Saturday 9/29 – This Is Our First Time – Sequim artists join creative forces to perform raggae, folk, and rock’n’roll infused originals. Free show, 7-10pm

Sunday 9/30 – 3rd Annual Community Cider Press and Potluck – Come join us for the 3rd annual Community Cider Press and Potluck. Bring your own bitter, bruised and bizarre apples and pears to press, share a potluck dish and hang out with your Disco Bay neighbors. Don’t forget to bring a container for juice!  Channel Marker Cider from Seattle will be doing a cider tap takeover from 1 to 5pm!

Thursday 10/4 – Acoustic Open Jam special event:Tom Petty – Get to work on your tribute to a good man gone too soon.  7-10pm
