Sea Change Cannabis is a I-502 retail marijuana store at the mouth of Discovery Bay on the north Olympic Peninsula.

We are excited to be a part of Washington’s legalization of marijuana and want to be an agent of positive change. This is only the beginning and where it ends… well we hope that it blazes across the country. Cannabis is a plant that has many wonderful uses and we are going to strive to bring you as many tasty and fun products as they become available for responsible adult consumption. It might be slow going at first, but by being responsible as producers, processors, retailers, and consumers, our reality will get a lot greener.  We believe regulating marijuana is going to help take it out of the hands of minors and are ID’ing everyone twice to make sure that we are supporting that directive.  We are here to celebrate our liberty and freedom of choice with this long demonized plant.
