I could tell right away that the high would be invigorating and uplifting. While the prediction was accurate it also gave me a calm and tranquil feeling that I was not expecting. This would be a great day time strain to elevate your mood and relax tense muscles. I believe this type of high is influenced by the abnormal amounts of CBG, or cannabigerol, in this strain. CBG has an effect on the central nervous system which is where I assume the calm and tranquil feelings are coming from. The UK Cheese is also high in CBG’s and many people have told me that the pain relief from this strain is unrivaled.

In conclusion Pure Funk produces what I consider to be A grade cannabis. Local craft producers are the future for connoisseurs in this industry and I believe they will make a name for themselves amongst the weed snobs out there.
